selection & sizing
each piece has been personally selected and curated with attention to details. as it is a vintage and secondhand item it may show signs of its previous use (and we love imperfections!). the size indicated in the description box is either provided on the item’s label or is given during the curating process. if you are unsure about the fitting and you wish to have more details regarding the exact measurements please write us using the contact form.
delivery & returns
delivery cost is a flat rate of 6.20 chf, free for order over 200 chf and possible everywhere within switzerland. generally it will take around 3-7 days for your order to be delivered to you. the packaging is maintained minimal and made by sustainable recyclable materials.
all pieces are final sale and cannot be returned and/or refunded.
the Atelier is paperless.
currently we do not ship internationally, please contact us (form just here below) if you are based outside switzerland and you want to place an order: we will do our best to make the delivery possible.
product care
each piece has been selected for its beautiful materials, design and/or tailoring, which might include leather, wool, silk and precious stones. handle them with care and refer to professional advice if needed.
privacy
at Nour Atelier we give great importance to your privacy. we collect customer data solely for the purposes of delivery and sending newsletters. from newsletters you would be able to unsubscribe at any time. your trust is important to us and we are committed to protect your personal data.
